Lead Scoring
Configure scoring tiers and automate notifications when leads engage with your team.
Enable Lead Scoring
When disabled, lead score calculations pause and all tiers are hidden from the dashboard and requests table.
Cold
All leads are considered COLD by default.
Warm
Mark leads as WARM if the score is more than points.
Hot
Mark leads as HOT if the score is more than points.
Score Points Rules
Assign score values to customer activities. These points accumulate toward the thresholds above.
